One of the easiest and fastest-rooting groundcovers on this entire list. Nearly any stem section, cut and placed in water or moist soil, roots within about a week.
Water propagation
- Cut 4–6 inch stem sections.
- Strip lower leaves.
- Place in water, bright indirect light. Change the water weekly.
Roots appear within 1–2 weeks. This plant also roots naturally wherever its trailing stems touch soil, similar to strawberry runners.
