Closely related to echeveria and ghost plant, propagated the same way, though its plump, powdery leaves are especially fragile. Handle leaves minimally — the powdery coating rubs off easily and protects the leaf from moisture loss.
Leaf cutting
- Gently twist off a whole leaf, keeping the base intact.
- Let dry and callus 2–3 days.
- Lay flat on dry succulent mix.

Leaf shriveled with no roots. Base wasn’t intact — try again, easing the leaf away gently.
