A spineless, trailing jungle cactus that roots easily, similar to rat tail cactus. Cut sections root reliably in water or moist soil. Unlike desert cacti and succulents, this one needs little to no callusing time — its thin forest-adapted stems seal quickly, so a day of drying is plenty and water rooting works fine.
Water propagation
- Cut 3–4 inch segments.
- Place the cut end in water.
